We love to provide dishes from the region, such as hearty chalet soups, fondue and raclette.
We also like to share dishes we have discovered on our travels, and can provide vegetarian and Indian meals. Please just contact us if you have a special request.
We are delighted to be able to offer organic produce from the local area, including meat from
Château-d'Oex farmers Esther and Nicolas Mottier.
A range of wines and soft drinks is available.
